Insurance Information

I am dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality psychiatric care and want to ensure my billing process is as transparent as possible. We are constantly working to expand our financial options for you so, if you don’t see your insurance listed below, please reach out and see if we are actively working towards accepting it.

Private Pay

For clients who are uninsured, out-of-network, or prefer to pay out-of-pocket, I also offer Private Pay (Out-of-Network) arrangements. All claims processing, upfront cost estimates, and payment collections are securely handled through your booking platform. We can also provide a detailed receipt (superbill) for submission to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.

Private Pay Service Rates:

  • Initial Appointment: $250.00

  • Follow Up Appointments/Medication Management: $150.00

Billing & Policy Highlights

  • Automated Billing: All copays, deductibles, coinsurance, or private-pay fees are automatically charged to your credit card, debit card, HSA, or FSA card immediately following each completed session. Your billing will be securely processed through our network partners, Headway or Simple Practice, depending on your specific insurance provider.

  • In-Network Insurance: Headway will provide an upfront cost estimate based on your specific insurance plan. Please note that this is an estimate, and you are ultimately responsible for any amounts your insurance does not cover.

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice through the portal.

  • Late Cancellation & No-Show Fees: Missed appointments or late cancellations will incur a standard $100 fee. Note: Insurance companies do not cover missed sessions, so this fee must be paid entirely out-of-pocket.

  • Additional billing, insurance, and consumer rights information are available on the disclosures page.
